Deposit
A security deposit of $1500 holds the apartment of your choice at Cottonwood Estates for four (4) weeks. If for some reason you do not move in within this time period, you will need to begin paying rent on the apartment you selected or you may lose your chosen apartment.
Our team will work closely with you to ensure the timeline is appropriate for you and your family. The deposit is fully refundable prior to moving in. Upon moving in, your deposit will be applied towards your security deposit and remains refundable less damages.
